Joanne Donovan is the professional reborn artist behind Lullaby Lake Nursery. She had a real passion for baby dolls since she was a little girl, always loving to tuck them in at night and giving them plenty of cuddles and kisses. She could not go to sleep unless she knew her baby dolls were all covered and warm, ready to have the loveliest dreams.
This special love Joanna had towards her baby dolls, has been growing throughout her life, bringing her to master the art of reborning. When Joanne first discovered reborn dolls, she told herself she had to try to create her own.
Joanne Donovan is passionate, in life and in art, and takes great pride in every one of her creations. She spends lots of hours trying to achieve perfection, and always uses the finest products, techniques and implements to ensure the highest realism for every detail of her babies. After many years as a reborn artist, she still strives to improve every single day.
During her 9 years reborning dolls, many of her babies have been adopted all over the world. For her, the greatest part of this art is to bring smiles and joy to all the adoptive families.
